Peterson Rutgers Group came to me in January 2023 via CMIT Solutions, an IT management company and valued referral partner. Management consultants for educational institutions, PRG needed to replace their website support person. More urgent was their domain registration and hosting issues with Turbify (formerly Yahoo Small Business). While performing a cPanel ‘upgrade’ Turbify effectively took down the website (and many others). There was also some confusion on where the website was hosted, which caused duplicate fees from A Small Orange for unused services.
Within days we had transferred 8 domains and the website hosting to a stable account at SiteGround. This had the added bonus of greatly improving the site speed, accessibility and best practices scores.
