I was lost in a sea of coding, confusion and despair in trying to rebuild my website when I had to change my host. Once I met Hillary, true magic happened. Not only was my site rebuilt … More exactly as I had it originally, but I was given simple, easy to understand and follow instruction on how to maintain my site all while being able to add on to it and grow it as needed.
Hillary was very easy to work with and answered all my questions.
Thank you Hillary!

Riding in like an avenging angel, Hillary Norfleet has just begun the necessary work to untangle the GoDaddy mess that rendered our website invisible online, and holding up emails from … More being delivered. I look forward to working with this "Wonder Woman of the Web" and gaining knowledge from her deep well of technical experience. Her calming influence has already lifted the anxiety of feeling abandoned in a sea of sharks by GoDaddy, and I recommend highly anyone else seeking an expert in all things web. Once our process has been successfully completed, I will add another review to place the cherry upon the cake. Be assured, Hillary Norfleet is a consummate professional to whom you can entrust your time, money and work.

Hillary is not only a skilled professional but a wonderful person to work with. I was referred to Hillary by a colleague when I decided the time had come to grow my store's website … More landing-page into a full fledged online sales site. I found the prospect of this task to be intimidating and a bit overwhelming. Hillary made this big step to online sales possible. She calmly walked me through each step, providing the information I needed to make smart decisions with the build, answering my many questions and offering solid, insightful guidance. I'm thrilled with the look, feel, and function of the site. Hillary has also provided me with the skills necessary to add to the site or change elements as the store grows, and is still there for me should I have new questions or need a refresher on how something is done. I cannot recommend Hillary enough!

If you are looking for a professional with integrity to help with your website needs…your search is over!
Working with Hillary Norfleet of On Time Web Development was truly a joy! … More
I am a QuickBooks consultant with no desire or inclination on the development and on-going care of my website. I had shared with my client I was having a HUGE problem with getting my business address changed on Google business through the web hosting service I have been using for years. More than 6 months into this task, I was fit to be tied! My client immediately suggested I contact her web developer…Hillary Norfleet. A warm introduction was made.
Within a day, Hillary and I were on a call. While explaining my issue, Hillary began her magic to fix the problem! She shared within 24 hours the address change will be shown in the Google search and…IT WAS!!
Hillary was heading out of town the following day. This didn’t stop her from making a follow-up call the next day to confirm the change was successful.
I was expertly, professionally, and attentively taken care of every step of the way!

Hillary is good at what she does. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and capable when a popular web-hosting platform lost my entire website. Hillary was able to reconstruct it and get … More it back up and running in a short amount of time. I am grateful for her skill and that she cared about my business when I thought all was lost.

Hillary is wonderful. Her knowledge about web design in addition to her pre-design interview made her an excellent addition to our small business team. Her patience for my lack of technical … More now how made me comfortable with asking questions, even if I had already asked the same question earlier. I highly recommend On Time Web Development for your web based needs. -The Purple Door Store, Wixom Mi.

Hillary is a breath of fresh air in the technical world. She knows all about how to apply technology to get you where you need to go, but she also knows how to talk "non-techy" … More so clients don't get lost along the way.
